Shipping Domestic

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Bracelet Company. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on sundays or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates and Delivery estimates

The shipping method of The Bracelet Company is standard only. Estimated shipment cost is 4.95 US currency. Estimated delivery time is between 3-5 business days. All products are shipped through USPS.

Shipping International

Prices are shown in US dollars. For conversion, we recommend using a currency converter. Any import duties, taxes or fees due at the time of delivery are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. International orders may require 3-5 business days or more of additional processing time prior to shipment. Orders will be shipped by a carrier of our choice USPS preferably. Typical transit time will be 7 to 10 days.

Returns

All products are shipped in new condition. Any customer returning an item damage or altered in any way can not receive a full refund. Returns are only valid within 7 days of purchase. All returned items contact The Bracelet Company at: Bracelets@Mail.com

Exchange

Exchanging items can be done at anytime at checkout in the The Bracelet Company shop section only.
