Price and Payments
Prices are quoted in US currency depending on your geographical location, you must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted or is selected. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency you may pay by debit or credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate. Payment may be required before the product is provided and, if not, payment is due from the moment the order is accepted. Payment may be made by credit card, debit card or any other such method as introduced. The Bracelet Company reserves the absolute right to accept or refuse any payment made in any form. We aim to debit money from your account within three working days after receiving your order. You will not be charged for any orders that cannot be fulfilled and where appropriate The Bracelet Company will refund to your account any sum deducted by The Bracelet Company. The Bracelet Company cannot guarantee that a particular product will always be available. (To maximize security The Bracelet Company does not hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third-party payment providers.) your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order. Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
Placing Orders for Goods
You acknowledge that all goods purchased under these terms are intended for personal non commercial use only and will not be re-sold you acknowledge that any The Bracelet Company products purchased under these terms are not for re-sale, for commercial use,or for use by government or educational institutions. From time to time, The Bracelet Company restricts the quantity of goods which can be purchased in one order or during a particular period of time or per person or per address. Any quantity restrictions will be stated on the product page, or in materials about the relevant promotion, or other wise advised to you. The Bracelet Company will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your order or deliver goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in an order. You agree to obtain consent to provide The Bracelet Company with personal information of recipients of gifts or goods ordered by you. You may order from The Bracelet Company if you are aged 13 or over, and have an active email account or a telephone number at which you can be contacted. If you place consecutive or separate orders, we cannot consolidate your orders. A separate Delivery Fee. If applicable, will apply to each order. Subject to any applicable quantity restrictions, you can order as many Goods as you wish in one order. The Bracelet Company reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at anytime. If The Bracelet Company rejects your order you will receive a refund of any money paid.

THE BRACELET COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT, OR WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND YOU AGREE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME THE BRACELET COMPANY MAY REMOVE THE WEBSITE SERVICE FOR INDEFINITE PERIODS OF TIME, OR CANCEL THE WEBSITE SERVICE AT ANYTIME, WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. Intellectual Property
You agree that the website service including but not limited to The Bracelet Company products, photos and editorial content used to implement the website service, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by The Bracelet Company and/or it's licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws,including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way what so ever except for use of the website service in compliance with this agreement. No portion of the website service may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted in these terms. And you shall not exploit the website service in any unauthorized way what so ever, including, but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.
